234 SW 10 Street
Ocala, Florida
(352) 351-3606
Cosmetology involves the study of the hair, skin and nails for aesthetic reasons.
The program provides both theoretical and practical training. Students will
practice on mannequins and clients to develop and refine the skills used in
cosmetology. Instruction is given in the fundamental knowledge behind the skills.
Upon completion of the Cosmetology program, graduates may apply to the Florida
Licensure Board. Upon passing the examination, graduates may work as licensed
cosmetologists.
About our School
Our instructors have over sixty years of combined experience in the beauty
industry. Additionally, the school owner, Kelly Rogers, has an extensive business
and service background with over fifteen years of experience. She can assist
students in learning the essential skills needed to successfully manage their
newly acquired careers.
If you are like most of our students, you watch your nail tech, esthetician
or cosmetologist's techniques and think it looks pretty easy. With the
assistance of great instructors and the best products on the market, you
will learn the proper techniques to make providing these services easy
for you, too.
Providing great service is definitely an art that is not self-taught.
It takes an expert to teach you the chemistry and techniques that go along
with the products for ultimate strength and durability with the best products
on the market.
Puttin’ on the Tips School is here to make sure you are the artists
that clients WANT to come back to by offering you the BEST training money can
buy. And most importantly, we teach you how to communicate with the clients…
THE most valuable money making skill working with the public!
